Who we are

Adults purchase; households play

You must be an adult legally able to enter this agreement to create an account or purchase. You may share the player with your household under your supervision. Keep account access private.

What a music pack includes

A one-time payment unlocks the songs listed on that pack’s page in the Piano Sprig player. The Launch Collection includes First Melodies, Classical Adventures and Ragtime Club. Future packs are not included. Our listed prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Checkout may offer a local-currency price, with the exchange rate and final total shown before you pay. Currency conversion charges may apply.

Access has no scheduled expiry or recurring charge and lasts while Piano Sprig operates. We do not promise perpetual hosting. If we discontinue paid access, we will provide reasonable notice and any remedy required by law. Your statutory rights for digital services are unaffected.

Payments

Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record for the payment and handles applicable indirect taxes, payment receipts and payment-related support through Link. Piano Sprig provides the music-player access and product support. The seller and payment terms are identified at checkout.

A practice companion

The player provides simplified visual guides and reference playback. It does not provide a complete course, assess your playing or guarantee learning outcomes. Try the free songs on your device before purchasing. You need internet access and a current browser.

Music and reuse

You pay for access to the practice tools and curated arrangements, not ownership of the underlying public-domain compositions. Public-domain and Creative Commons material retains its original status; see credits. Do not resell accounts, interfere with the service or bypass access controls.

Refunds and support

See our 14-day refund policy. If a pack is faulty or unavailable, contact us so we can fix it or provide the remedy required by law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and applicable law

We may improve the service and add music without requiring you to buy new packs. Material changes to existing paid access will be communicated. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence.
