A simple 14-day refund policy

Try the free songs first. If you buy a pack and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days.

Email joel@jaff-consulting.com from your account email, with your order reference and the pack you want refunded. You do not need to give a reason. A clear statement that you want to cancel is enough.

Refunds are processed through Stripe Managed Payments to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. You may also use the payment-support link in your receipt. Your bank may take additional time to display it. Refunded packs are removed from your account; separately purchased packs remain available.

This policy applies even if you have started using the pack. We do not ask you to waive your statutory withdrawal right. Statutory remedies for faulty digital content or services continue to apply after this period.

Cancellation details

You can use this wording: “I cancel my purchase of [pack], ordered on [date], under account [email]. My name is [name].” Send it to JAFF Consulting B.V at the email above or Churchill-laan 260H, 1078EZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.
