Designed for shared family use

Accounts and purchases are for adults. We do not ask for a child’s name, age, photograph, voice recording or profile. We do not use advertising or behavioural analytics in the player.

What we use

Clerk provides account authentication and processes the adult’s email address and authentication details. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record and processes payment and billing details, tax information, receipts and payment support through Link; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Cloudflare hosts the service and processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.

Our database stores your account identifier, purchased pack identifiers, checkout and payment references, amounts and timestamps. Necessary authentication cookies and browser storage keep accounts working. The free player does not need an account.

Why and for how long

We use account and purchase data to perform our agreement with you. We use limited security and error information for our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable. We retain purchase records for applicable accounting obligations, generally seven years in the Netherlands, and account access records while needed to provide your packs.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your account data, or request portability or restriction where applicable. Some transaction records must be retained by law. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To close an account, email us from its registered address; closing it may remove your purchased access.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Clerk and Stripe may process information outside the EEA using their applicable contractual safeguards. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Clerk’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy. External sheet-music links have their own policies.
